From the makers of There’s Poop In My Soup, Rudder Games now brings you Super Duper Party Pooper which is a rhythm eating game combined with a pooping simulation game. You can get it right here on Steam while it’s fresh!
You play as whom I can only assume is Markiplier (at least as the default) and your objective is to eat as much food as possible in order to produce the finest turds to which you skillfully launch at some party goers that have a very unique taste in venues. Each level has its own sound track and set of food items for you to consume. The better your combos are, the crazier the party gets and you even get to see some of the Village People! Then promptly proceed to poop on them.
You also have the ability to submit your own tracks so that you may poop to your favorite songs and they also have a site so that you can find out the BPM of the songs. I would recommend playing through the levels on their default songs first though since a lot of them are actually pretty good. The Disco stage was pretty fantastic partially because of the music, but mostly because it made the most sense and I can actually picture people flinging feces around in a disco. The gameplay overall is very simplistic and smooth but I can’t help but feel like something is still missing.
A few of the levels could still use a bit of polish because I had to rely more on visual cues rather than being able to just listen to the beat of the music to play. I didn’t upload my own songs since I couldn’t find the BPM for them but I’m guessing the visual cues are to help with certain genres. The stages do increase in difficulty and feels a lot more fluid the more you progress and it doesn’t take that long to unlock all stages anyways. Super Duper Party Pooper wasn’t exactly what I was expecting but it’s definitely fun! There’s also going to be some collaboration with the Steam Workshop so I’m looking forward to what comes from there. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t fire off giant poop bombs anymore but I’m a sucker for rhythm games so that made up for it. Plus, it’s oddly satisfying to nail someone at the center of their face with a giant turd while they’re innocently dancing away.
See you next game! -DecoyEC has logged off.
