Do you like freedom? Do you like red? If you answer yes to both questions then GREAT! Broforce is the game for you!
You get to spread freedom by painting the ground red with the blood of your enemies! No room for commies here, at a price of $14.99 USD through Steam you can help liberate a handful of countries. What better way is it to spread freedom by Americanizing them! You can do this with the help of many Bros such as: John Rambro, Brobocop, Brominator, Brommando and much more Bros! But wait Hanako! That is racist where are the Black Bros? Don’t black lives matter? I knew you’d ask that! We also have Brade, Bro in Black and more!
But Hanako, what about us females? Of course you feminists would ask that, we got you covered as well, I present to you Ellen Riprbro. Thats right Ellen Ripbro, you make Susie B proud now you hear.
The cast includes 25+ characters in ONE game! Hell that is more than the amount of Marvel Hero characters in the Deadpool movie! Such variety is great for those who are easily bored. Only downside is you can not exactly pick what character you want to play, it’s completely random. Sometimes I find myself saying “I know kung fu” only to get shot by a bullet and forced to play another character a moment later. Each character has their own unique primary attack and special attack which helps the repetitive “MISSION FAILED!” that was imprinted onto my mind…similar to how my dad said I was never good enough, good times. THAT aside, you’ll find yourself enjoying this game in small doses, I do not recommend trying to finish this game in one sitting. Multiplayer looks pretty fun to play with your friends, now if only I can find someone to review the multiplayer aspect of it.
Look at that beautiful freedom being spread all over the ground.
The control is fantastic, I highly recommend playing this on a gamepad. No lag at all and with responsive inputs climbing walls, jumping over cliffs, and mowing down enemies feels great! Speaking of feelings this game has an amazing story line as well. It has lots of feel to it. The guy strapped with bombs chasing you down to kill you actually has feelings too. See for yourself.
Such a beautiful story :”) Make your country proud you evil suicide bomber you.
Broforce is very enjoyable because it is action packed, and the boss fight feels very good. There are lots of times where I didn’t think I would make it and pulled off some very clutch moves and defeated the boss! It almost feels as good as that first kiss that I never had. I mean look!
Words to the developer, I suggest “Murica F yeah!” as the theme song for this game. Also while you’re at it, I think you should work with George W Bush for an expansion. Oh and ONE MORE THING maybee rename da game to America Foreign Policy Simulator (Credit to some guy name Bagel Mode on Steam)
Fun game, would recommend, frustrating at time but worth, find some friends to play with.
